This policy explains what information Intently Labs ("we", "us") collects through intentlylabs.com and our software, including BreakReminder, and how we use it.
In short: our apps don't track what you do on your computer. We only see the details needed to process your order, check your licence and answer your emails.
When you buy
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the order and handle tax. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can send your licence key and support you. We never see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is covered by its privacy policy.
When you use BreakReminder
- Your settings, licence status and the date your free trial started are stored only on your own PC (in your Windows user folder and registry).
- BreakReminder has no analytics, tracking or advertising. It does not record your screen, keystrokes, files or browsing.
- When you activate your licence, re-check it (about once a week) or deactivate it, the app contacts Lemon Squeezy, our licensing provider. It sends your licence key, your computer's name (so you can recognise your devices) and an activation ID issued by Lemon Squeezy. Nothing else is sent.

If you contact us at [email protected], we keep your email and our replies so we can help you. Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail.
Our website
intentlylabs.com is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and licence key
- To verify licences and prevent misuse
- To provide support and handle refunds
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and licence records for as long as your licence is active and as required for tax and accounting. Support emails are kept for as long as they're useful to help you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
